- Help and support people facing social, personal, or family-related problems.
- Understand their needs and provide basic guidance and support.
- Connect people with suitable government schemes, NGOs, hospitals, or other services.
- Conduct community visits and interact with people when required.
- Maintain basic records and reports of cases and activities.
- Create awareness about health, social welfare, and community services.
- Handle people with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Preferred Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
