- Handles customers calls , whatsapp messages and enquires.
- Understand customer requirements and provide proper information about products / services.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quoptations , orders and customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and pending enquires.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers.
- Support the sales team in converting enquires into orders.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
