**Assistant Café Manager – 729 Grams Coffee Roasters** * Assist in managing daily café operations and shifts. * Lead and supervise the café, barista & FOH team. * Ensure **specialty coffee quality, service standards & SOPs** are followed. * Handle staff coordination, rosters, inventory and daily operations. * Maintain excellent guest experience and resolve customer concerns. * Support sales, upselling and overall café performance. **Requirements:** 2–4 years of café/F&B; experience, preferably from a **specialty coffee background**. Strong leadership, communication and operational skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
