Key responsibilities:

- Responsible for monthly / quarterly / annual business performance – revenues, costs / margins and customer satisfaction.
- Responsibility for the entire Lead to Disbursement funnel and operational efficiency, ensuring high processes adherence to deliver high success rates for logins, sanctions and disbursals with minimum TAT
- Managing a team of Field Executives and Team Leaders
- Liaisoning with major banks / NBFCs to increase business with them
- Opening up new business avenues – new cities and segments
- Hiring and team building

Key skillsets required:

- In-depth understanding of the mortgages industry (home loans, balance transfers, loan against property), domain knowledge of key industry practices and processes
- Hands on experience in running a regional / area level team of on-ground executives and team leaders
- Solid operational leadership - ability to execute the day-to-day goals,



leading teams effectively in a complex environment and with optimal cost structure
- Excellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities, with comfort in handling technology-based tools / applications
- Passion for Results, high degree of commitment with bias for execution excellence
- Strong team player, with high self-confidence and dynamism

Qualifications and Experience:

- MBA from a Tier-1 institute
- 5+ years of experience in the Home Loans industry, as a DSA or with large and reputed lenders (banks / HFCs)
- 2+ years of experience in managing ground teams of 50+ resources through levels of team leads
