Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify new business leads through calls, meetings, referrals, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into admissions/sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct counselling and product/service presentations for prospective customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments to improve conversions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Support and guide junior BDA team members when required.
- Take responsibility for achieving individual and team targets.
- Ensure skilled customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred.




- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, counselling, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Previous experience in education sales/admissions will be an added advantage.

- Monthly lead conversion rate.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
