About the Role

We are looking for a warm, energetic, creative, and responsible UKG Teacher who can create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children while supporting their academic, emotional, and social development.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate classroom activities for UKG students.

- Teach foundational concepts in language, numeracy, environmental awareness, and general development.

- Use play-based, activity-based, and experiential teaching methods.

- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, classroom activities, and learning resources.

- Encourage children's communication, creativity, curiosity, and confidence.

- Maintain a safe, positive, disciplined, and child-friendly classroom environment.

- Observe and assess individual children's learning and developmental progress.

- Provide appropriate support to children who require additional attention.

- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding children's progress and classroom activities.

- Participate in school events, celebrations, activities, and academic programs.





- Maintain classroom records, student portfolios, assessments, and required documentation.

- Coordinate with fellow teachers and the academic team.

- Follow school policies, curriculum guidelines, and child-safety practices.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Education / Early Childhood Education or relevant qualification preferred.

- NTT / D.Ed / Montessori / equivalent qualification will be an advantage.

- Prior experience teaching UKG / Kindergarten / Early Years is preferred.

- Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.

- Patient, caring, approachable, and enthusiastic personality.

- Creative approach to teaching young learners.

- Positive spoken English is essential.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in CBSE, international, Montessori, kindergarten, or early-years education will be preferred.

Compensation

Salary: As per experience and school standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
