Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to manage customer complaints, coordinate with service technicians, and ensure timely resolution of service requests. The ideal candidate should have a technical background in Electrical/Electronics and strong coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer complaints and service requests.
- Coordinate and assign technicians for customer visits and service requirements.
- Follow up with technicians regarding the status of assigned complaints.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and updates.
- Monitor pending complaints and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with the technical team for troubleshooting and service-related issues.
- Maintain records of complaints, technician assignments, service visits,



and complaint closures.
- Take customer feedback after service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly service reports.
- Escalate unresolved or critical customer issues to the concerned team.

Requirements

- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication (ECE).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in service coordination, technical support, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic systems/products.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple complaints and technician schedules efficiently.
- Responsible, organized, and customer-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
