BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an enthusiastic, result-oriented and skilled Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve business targets

* Identify new market opportunities and generate leads through networking, field visits and business development activities

* Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, distributors and business partners

* Handle client inquiries, product presentations, negotiations and deal closures

* Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions and digital content

* Prepare regular sales reports and provide valuable market insights to management

* Ensure excellent customer service and effective post-sales support

* Take ownership of assigned targets and drive business growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Experience: 2–5 years

* Job Type: Full time | Regular / Permanent

* Qualification:



MBA in Marketing / Business Administration (preferred/mandatory as per role), BBA or relevant Pharma experience

* Fluency in Kannada, Hindi & English

* Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

* Active listening and empathy

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

* Self-control and a positive, professional attitude

* Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets

* Knowledge of digital marketing tools will be an added advantage

* Willingness to travel for business purposes

* Strong sense of responsibility and ownershipdvantage.
