Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to oversee our dealership’s day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of hands-on accounting experience, with direct expertise in automobile dealership operations, GST returns/filing, and TDS compliance. You will be responsible for managing sales/service accounts, tax filings, reconciliation, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Dealership Financial Management: Handle daily accounting operations including vehicle sales, spare parts inventory, workshop/service billing, and insurance claims reconciliation.
- GST Compliance: Complete end-to-end GST processing, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filings, monthly GSTR-2A/2B reconciliations, and e-way bill generation.
- TDS & Tax Compliance: Manage TDS deduction, deposit, and quarterly Return filing (Forms 26Q, 27Q) in compliance with current tax regulations.
- OEM & Vendor Reconciliation: Conduct regular ledger reconciliations with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), financier/bank payouts, spare parts suppliers, and insurance companies.




- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports specific to dealership business lines (Sales, Service, Spares).
- Audit & Banking: Prepare audit schedules, assist statutory/tax auditors, and handle day-to-day banking activities, including hypothecation/finance payout tracking.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of core accounting experience. Prior experience working in an automobile dealership (2-wheeler, 4-wheeler, or commercial vehicle) is mandatory.
- Taxation Expertise: Hands-on experience with GST return filing, input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation, and TDS compliance.
- Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Tally (ERP 9 / Prime) or automobile-specific DMS (Dealer Management System) software, along with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com (Regular) or related finance discipline.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
