About the Role

Full Power Media Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced PR Specialist + Influencer Marketing professional with prior experience in an Influencer Marketing Agency.

The ideal candidate should understand brand collaborations, creator management, client servicing, market requirements, brand representation, and influencer marketing campaigns.

This role involves building relationships with brands and creators, acquiring new business opportunities, managing campaigns, and representing the company across the market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Growth

- Develop and execute influencer marketing and brand acquisition strategies
- Plan campaign strategies and contribute towards revenue targets
- Generate and convert qualified brand leads
- Maintain consistent monthly brand acquisition and conversion

2. Creator Sourcing

- Research and identify relevant creators across social media platforms
- Conduct creator outreach and onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong creator network
- Drive quality creator conversions on a monthly basis

3. Account Management

- Manage creator accounts and relationships
- Identify relevant brand opportunities for creators
- Handle deal negotiations and campaign coordination
- Maintain strong relationships with brands and creators

4. Operations

- Maintain creator and brand databases
- Track campaigns, deliverables, and timelines
- Coordinate contracts, payments, and campaign documentation
- Prepare regular campaign and performance reports

5. Creative & Campaign Support





- Prepare influencer briefs and campaign requirements
- Coordinate brand campaign videos and scripts
- Provide creative direction for influencer campaigns
- Develop campaign case studies and presentations

6. Community & Relationship Management

- Manage Creator Club activities and creator engagement
- Handle WhatsApp communities and regular communication
- Conduct and coordinate workshops, meetings, and events
- Build long-term relationships within the creator ecosystem

Travel & Market Representation

- Travel across India for brand meetings, industry events, and business opportunities
- Attend AI Summits and relevant industry events across India
- Meet potential brands and support brand onboarding
- Represent Full Power Media professionally in the market

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in an Influencer Marketing Agency is preferred
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and creator ecosystems
- Experience in brand collaborations and client servicing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships with brands and creators
- Comfortable with PAN India travel
- Proactive, target-oriented, and business-focused approach
- Robust understanding of current social media and influencer marketing trends
