Job Responsibilities:
- Make calls to customers/dealers regarding inverter inward and return processes.
- Coordinate for product pickup, replacement, repair, and inward status.
- Collect required product and customer details over calls.
- Coordinate with service, logistics, and warehouse teams.
- Maintain call records and update inward details in Excel/CRM.
- Follow up regularly to ensure timely product inward.
Requirements:
- Positive communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Hindi/English communication required; local language preferred.
- Experience in telecalling/customer coordination is an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
