**Process:** International Chat – E-commerce Seller Support

**Location:** Pune (Work from Office)

**Salary:** Up to ₹32.5K CTC + Performance Incentives

**Shift:** Rotational

**Working:** 5.5 Days/Week

**Week Off:** Rotational

**Cab:** Company-provided cab facility

**Education:** Undergraduates & Graduates

**Immediate Hiring**

### Role

* Handle seller queries via Voice/Chat/Email

* Resolve issues related to orders, payments, listings, returns, refunds, etc.

* Provide accurate and professional support

* Follow SOPs, policies, and quality standards

* Meet quality, productivity, and SLA targets

### Eligibility

* 6–12 months experience in International Voice & Chat Process

* **Seller Support experience is mandatory**

* Good verbal & written communication

* Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills

* Comfortable with rotational shifts
