Job Summary

We are looking for a Construction Analyst who can support project planning, site inspections, measurements, monitoring, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of construction drawings, site measurements, and civil/MEP works, along with strong analytical and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Read, interpret, and work with AutoCAD drawings for construction and interior projects.
- Prepare project progress reports based on construction schedules and planned activities.
- Conduct site inspections of flats, villas, and other properties and take accurate site measurements for interior, civil, renovation, and related works.
- Measure floor plan areas, ceiling areas, and other site dimensions accurately.
- Inspect and verify MEP works, including electrical points, plumbing points, ducts, and other related installations.
- Monitor project progress and prepare accurate project monitoring and status reports.
- Conduct accurate site surveys for project planning, estimation, and assessment.
- Track work progress against project schedules and identify any gaps or delays.
- Prepare weekly reports covering work completed and project progress across multiple projects.




- Coordinate with project and site teams to collect relevant project information and ensure timely reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of site measurements, observations, and project updates.

Requirements

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience in construction, civil works, interiors, or project monitoring will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and measurements.
- Ability to understand construction drawings, floor plans, and basic MEP layouts.
- Solid analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and other reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
