Job Summary:
We are looking for confident, target-oriented tele callers to join our collection team in Ernakulam. Candidates with prior experience in collection calling or customer handling are preferred. Freshers can also apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer follow-up and collection calls.
Maintain valuable customer interaction and communication.
Follow up on pending payments and updates.
Maintain call records and customer details.
Achieve daily and monthly targets.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Malayalam & English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customers confidently.
