Job Overview

We are looking for a Financial Analyst with knowledge of financial markets, brokerage transactions, and cryptocurrency trading. The candidate will handle customer queries related to trading, order execution, securities, and crypto transactions while providing accurate and easy-to-understand information.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle queries related to stocks, ETFs, derivatives, and cryptocurrencies.
- Assist with issues related to order placement, execution, cancellation, and rejection.
- Investigate failed, delayed, or rejected trades and explain the reason clearly.
- Understand and explain market orders, limit orders, and stop orders.
- Provide information regarding bid/ask spreads, slippage, liquidity, and trading status.
- Support queries related to trade settlement and transaction processes.
- Understand basic European/German trading market infrastructure.
- Handle queries related to major cryptocurrencies such as BTC, ETH, and SOL.




- Perform basic financial calculations and explain complex financial concepts in simple language.
- Maintain accuracy while handling financial and trading-related information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 6 months of experience in financial services, brokerage, capital markets, or crypto-related support.
- Good knowledge of Stocks, ETFs, Derivatives, and Cryptocurrency.
- Strong understanding of the trade/order lifecycle.
- Knowledge of market mechanics and trading concepts.
- Robust numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent English communication skills – B2 level or above.
- Ability to explain financial concepts clearly and professionally.

Compensation
