Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise multiple stores/warehouses including Raw Material, Components, Finished Goods, Packing and other inventory locations.

Ensure accurate receiving, storage, issue and transfer of materials between stores.

Maintain proper stock records, inventory accuracy and documentation through ERP/system.

Monitor stock levels, minimum/maximum levels, ageing and slow-moving inventory.

Coordinate with Purchase, Production, PPC, Quality and Accounts for timely material availability.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.

Ensure proper 5S, housekeeping, safety and systematic storage across all stores.

Control material movement, inward/outward documentation and inter-store transfers.

Lead and manage the Stores team, allocate duties and monitor performance.

Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly inventory and store reports with management.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, internal controls and audit requirements.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
