Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Production Plan and Sub-TNA for current export orders.
- Identify and allocate orders to suitable approved outsourcing vendors.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure fabric, accessories and other materials are available on time.
- Monitor outsourced Stitching, Quilting, Button Fixing and Knotting activities as per the planned timeline.
- Coordinate with QC and SCM teams to ensure materials, specifications and approved first pieces are available before production.
- Ensure First Piece Approval is obtained before starting bulk production.
- Continuously follow up with stitching units and take corrective action for production delays.
- Identify and resolve quality issues, rework, rejection and production problems.
- Coordinate with Operations Manager for alternative arrangements whenever there is a major delay.
- Ensure completed orders are handed over to the SCM team within the planned timeline.
- Conduct full order reconciliation after completion of each order.
- Monitor and control wastage,



rejection and rework within defined KPI limits and prepare corrective action when deviations occur.
- Maintain stock and order-related records and submit required MIS and KPI reports on time.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a person who is strong in follow-up, planning and execution, with the ability to coordinate multiple stitching vendors and ensure export orders are completed within the committed timeline and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Any Degree / Diploma
- Minimum 4 Years experience in grey fabric production
- Outsourcing / Vendor Management
- Follow-up & Execution Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
