Ajanta Footcare (India) Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Counter Salesmen for our retail store in Behala, Kolkata.

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused and sales-oriented candidates who are interested in building a career in Retail Sales and the Footwear Industry.

Freshers with good communication skills are highly encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Eligibility & Experience

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or above
- 0–1 year of experience in Retail Sales
- Experience in Footwear, Apparel, FMCG, Pharmacy, or other Retail Industries will be an added advantage
- Freshers are welcome to apply

Salary & Advantages

- ₹9,500 Net Take-Home Salary per month
- Provident Fund (PF)

- Performance Incentive

Duty Time & Weekly Off

- Duty Time: 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM
- 26 working days per month
- 4 weekly offs per month

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers and provide excellent customer service
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Achieve sales targets and promote ongoing offers
- Handle billing and cash transactions
- Maintain product displays and ensure store cleanliness
- Support inventory and stock management activities




- Assist with day-to-day store operations

Skills Required

- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of POS/Billing software will be an added advantage
- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude
- Ability to work in a customer-facing retail environment
- Willingness to learn about products and retail operations
