Key Responsibilities

- Lead academic planning, curriculum, lesson plans, revision and test schedules.
- Recruit, mentor and monitor faculty and maintain high teaching standards.
- Track student performance through tests and academic analytics.
- Identify learning gaps and implement student improvement plans.
- Establish systems for doubt resolution, mentoring and parent communication.
- Develop and continuously improve study materials, assessments and academic processes.
- Work with management to build a strong, outcome-focused academic culture.

Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in NEET/Engineering or similar competitive-exam education.
- Experience in academic leadership, coordination or senior faculty roles.




- Solid understanding of competitive-exam preparation and student outcomes.
- Ability to effectively coordinate, guide and support faculty teams...
