Engineer - B.E / B.Tech / MCA

Certification :
Technology | PCAP / PCEP/Microsoft Certified: PowerShell for IT Professionals

Delivery Skills required are :
Own end-to-end release management and CI/CD pipelines for critical applications.
Define automation standards using PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, YAML, and DevOps tools.
Monitor and ensure application reliability and performance across environments.
Lead Windows/Linux server administration and cloud infrastructure operations.
Mentor junior and mid-level SREs on operational excellence and automation best practices.
Drive adoption of monitoring and alerting frameworks using Splunk, AppDynamics, Kibana, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce deployment risks and incidents.
Maintain and improve release documentation, dashboards, and operational workflows.
People Management
Identify team skill gap and help them fill those gaps on the project.
Support team to resolve service impediments
ensure team is compliant on project and organization process and meet the compliance objective.
Resolve Teams conflict, ensure reportees are motivated and gives optimal contribution.
Manage Team performance evaluation and feedback
