Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival. Assist guests with table allocation and seating. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and special requirements professionally. Ensure excellent guest experience throughout their visit. Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service. Handle guest feedback and complaints politely and resolve issues promptly. Maintain valuable relationships with regular and VIP guests. Assist in managing reservations and waiting lists. Support the team during busy hours, special events, and peak operations. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times. Encourage repeat visits by providing friendly and personalized service.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
