Role Overview

We're looking for an HR & TA Intern to support hiring and day-to-day HR operations, a hands-on 6-month opportunity to get exposure across the full employee lifecycle at a fast-scaling startup.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end recruitment coordination: interview scheduling, candidate and hiring manager communication, and keeping trackers current.
- Assist in sourcing candidates across functions, including support during high-volume, bulk-hiring drives.
- Maintain job postings and candidate records in Keka ATS.
- Support onboarding coordination for new joiners: documentation, welcome communication, and Day 1 logistics.
- Assist with day-to-day HR ops,



attendance and leave tracking, and employee records support.
- Support HR engagement activities and ad hoc projects, including employer branding and light reporting.

What We're Looking For

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Robust communication skills, comfortable coordinating directly with candidates and stakeholders.
- Organized and detail-oriented; able to juggle schedules, trackers, and onboarding tasks.
- Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
- Basic proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.

Good to Have

- Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to speed up research, drafting, and day-to-day tasks.
- Prior internship or project experience in HR or recruitment.
- Familiarity with any ATS or HRMS platform.
