Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Sales professional with strong exposure to HVAC Retrofit, AMC, and Service Sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing customers, identifying retrofit opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business opportunities for HVAC Retrofit, AMC, and Annual Maintenance Services.
- Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Handle existing customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, and prepare suitable service/retrofit proposals.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for solution development and quotation preparation.
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate with clients to close orders.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and pending payments.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with consultants, contractors, facility managers, and end customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.




- Maintain sales pipelines, customer databases, and regular sales reports.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for HVAC modernization and energy-efficient solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field preferred.
- 3–10 years of relevant experience in HVAC Service Sales, Retrofit Sales, AMC, or related business development.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, retrofit solutions, maintenance services, and AMC contracts.
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
- Strong business development and sales conversion abilities.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with relevant experience in HVAC/MEP companies, particularly in Retrofit, Service Sales, and AMC business development.
