Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Week Off: 2 Days (Rotational)

Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Job Role

We are hiring candidates for an International Voice Process handling customers for Korean Airlines.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls for an international process.

* Communicate professionally with international customers/clients.

* Understand and resolve customer queries effectively.

* Maintain call quality and follow process guidelines.

* Meet assigned performance and productivity targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

* Good English communication skills are mandatory.

* Comfortable communicating with international customers in English.

* Good listening and interpersonal skills.





* Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.

* Personal laptop is mandatory.

* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
