Land Procurement Coordinator – Entry Level
We are looking for a proactive and confident Land Procurement Coordinator to support our Land Procurement team. The role involves calling landowners, brokers and mediators, identifying potential land opportunities, making follow-ups, and scheduling appointments for senior procurement managers.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers are welcome.
- Kannada is mandatory – candidates must be able to speak Kannada fluently.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Robust calling, follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates interested in Real Estate / Land Procurement are preferred.
- Good coordination and appointment-scheduling skills.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
