Key Responsibilities

- Handle patient enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on doctor consultations and appointments.
- Explain basic information about IVF services, procedures, consultations, and clinic facilities without providing medical advice.
- Follow up with new and existing patients to ensure timely consultations and visits.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, embryologists, billing, pharmacy, and other departments for smooth patient flow.
- Assist patients with registration, forms, documentation, and basic billing/payment coordination.
- Maintain accurate patient details, enquiries, appointments, and follow-ups in the CRM/HMS.
- Handle patient concerns and complaints professionally and escalate them to the concerned department when required.
- Support the team in lead follow-up and appointment conversion as per company guidelines.




- Collect and maintain patient feedback and ensure timely resolution of service-related concerns.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports related to enquiries, appointments, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to hospital SOPs and service standards.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi; local language will be an advantage.
- Strong patient-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Empathetic, polite, and patient-centric approach.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM/HMS, and computer applications.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
