Factory Supervisor – Graphite Machining

Role: Factory Supervisor – Graphite Machining
Experience: 3–7 years in graphite machining / manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily graphite machining and production operations.
- Manage operators and allocate work according to production schedules.
- Monitor CNC/VMC and other machining processes.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards and delivery timelines are achieved.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining specifications.
- Monitor machine performance, tool usage and production efficiency.
- Identify and resolve production and machining issues.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Production teams.
- Maintain shift reports, production records and other documentation.
- Ensure compliance with 5S,



safety and housekeeping standards.
- Train and guide operators on machining processes and safety procedures.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of graphite machining and CNC operations.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and measurements.
- Strong team-handling and production supervision skills.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
