Job Description
Position: Full Stack Engineer
Open Positions: 2
Experience: 10+ yrs
Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid)
Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Full Stack Contractors to build production-grade web applications and APIs. You will own features end-to-end: from database schema design through backend services to the user interface. This is a hands-on building role for engineers comfortable working through ambiguity, shaping design alongside code, and operating as an owner rather than a ticket-taker.
Technical Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- Frontend: Strong JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+, async/await, closures). React experience preferred (hooks, state management, component architecture).
- Backend: Proficient in Python for production-grade code. Hands-on experience building REST APIs with FastAPI or Flask.
- Database: Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server). Robust grasp of schema design, joins, indexing, and query optimization.
- Architecture & Problem Solving: System design capability for scalable solutions; strong analytical mindset to break down complex/ambiguous problems.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Claude Code or AI-assisted development tools (extra points)
- Desktop applications based on Electron framework (extra points)
- Agentic Frameworks (ADK, LangGraph)
- API documentation (Swagger / OpenAPI)
- Git & version control best practices
- Basic DevOps awareness (Docker, CI/CD)
- Testing experience (Unit and Integration)
Behavioral Expectations (Non-Negotiable)
Equal weight as technical skills. Strong technical candidates lacking these soft skills will not be a fit.
Expectation
What It Looks Like in Practice
Proactive Communication
Shares updates without prompting; flags blockers immediately.
Asks the Right Questions
Clarifies requirements upfront before jumping into implementation.
No Working in Silos
Collaborates openly, seeks feedback, and loops in stakeholders regularly.
Ownership Mindset
Treats the project as their own rather than just completing tickets.
Transparency
Speaks up when something is unclear instead of making assumptions.
What Success Looks Like
- End-to-End Delivery: Features shipped across schema, API, and UI with minimal hand-holding.
- Efficient Execution: Requirements clarified early to minimize rework.
- Immediate Escalation: Blockers surfaced the day they appear—not at the end of the sprint.
- High Standards: Clean, maintainable code that others can read, test, and extend easily.
