About the Role

We are looking for passionate Life Skills Facilitators fluent in Marathi to deliver a structured, play-based Life Skills Programme across 13 Anganwadi centres, reaching approximately 250 children aged 3–6 years over 30–35 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct play-based Life Skills sessions across 13 Anganwadi centres, covering approximately 2 centres per day.

- Deliver sessions covering teamwork, leadership, communication, resilience, problem-solving, emotional regulation, STEM foundations, and other life skills.

- Train and support Anganwadi teachers in implementing the curriculum.

- Engage parents and facilitate home-based reinforcement activities.

- Conduct pre-, continuous, and post-assessments of children.

- Maintain attendance, assessment records, session documentation, and programme reports.





- Attend weekly training and review sessions at the Ghatkopar Head Office.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; Education, Social Work, Child Development, or related fields preferred.

- Minimum 3 years of experience working with children aged 3–8 years.

- Marathi fluency is mandatory.

- Comfortable with field-based work and travelling across Shahapur.

- Solid communication, interpersonal, organisational, and child-engagement skills.

- Basic familiarity with WhatsApp, Google Forms, and mobile apps.

- Experience in Life Skills/SEL/values-based education is an advantage.
