About ODE Spa

ODE Spa is a premium wellness and beauty brand with multiple outlets and an expanding retail presence. We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager with robust retail procurement experience to manage end-to-end procurement, vendor management, cost optimisation, and inventory requirements across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in retail procurement, vendor negotiations, multi-location purchasing, inventory management, and new outlet procurement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of products, consumables, equipment, and operational supplies for multiple retail outlets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers.
- Source quality products at competitive prices while maintaining company and brand standards.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, credit periods, MOQs, delivery timelines, and commercial agreements.
- Manage outlet-wise procurement requirements based on consumption, stock levels, and business needs.
- Handle vendor quotations, comparative statements, purchase orders, approvals, and delivery follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Operations and Stores teams to ensure timely replenishment and avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through bulk purchasing, vendor consolidation, rate negotiations, and alternate sourcing.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on pricing, quality, service, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Stores, and Management for procurement planning, approvals, and vendor payments.
- Maintain procurement MIS covering purchase spend, savings, vendors, pending orders, purchase trends, and other key metrics.
- Support procurement requirements for new outlet openings, including initial stock, consumables, equipment, fixtures, and operational supplies.




- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, approval processes, and documentation requirements.
- Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers, products, and opportunities for commercial improvement.

Candidate Profile

- 5–10 years of experience in Procurement, with strong Retail Procurement experience.
- Retail procurement experience is mandatory.
- Experience in multi-location or multi-outlet retail procurement is highly preferred.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, sourcing, and commercial skills.
- Good understanding of retail inventory, SKU management, consumption patterns, replenishment, and stock planning.
- Experience in procurement for new store/outlet openings will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and ERP/procurement systems.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
