We are a Corporate Finance and Loan Syndication Advisory firm specializing in Debt Syndication, Working Capital Finance, Project Finance, Equipment Finance, Invoice Discounting, CGTMSE Loans, Builder Finance, NPA Resolution, Surety Bonds, NCDs ,Credit rating enhancement and Structured Financial Solutions. We work closely with banks, NBFCs, AIFs, financial institutions, and corporates across India.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated MBA (Finance/Marketing) to join our Corporate Finance team. The role offers hands-on exposure to financial analysis, credit appraisal, loan syndication, business development, client relationship management, and interaction with leading banks and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis

- Analyse financial statements, CMA data, bank statements, and business performance.

- Prepare financial models, ratio analysis, cash flow projections, and project feasibility reports.

- Assist in preparing credit appraisal notes and lender information memorandums.

- Conduct industry, market, and competitor research.

- Support preparation of presentations, investment notes, and loan proposals.

- Coordinate with clients for financial information and documentation.

Loan Syndication

- Assist in structuring Working Capital, Term Loans, Project Finance, and Unsecured Business Loans.

- Coordinate with Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Institutions throughout the loan process.

- Track sanctions, documentation, disbursements, and post-disbursement compliance.

- Maintain MIS of ongoing transactions.

Marketing & Business Development

- Generate and qualify leads through networking, digital platforms, referrals, and corporate outreach.





- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.

- Develop relationships with Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Builders, SMEs, and Corporate Clients.

- Support digital marketing campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing initiatives.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare proposals, reports, pitch decks, and client presentations.

- Maintain CRM records and transaction databases.

- Ensure timely follow-up with clients and lending institutions.

Eligibility

- MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or equivalent (Freshers welcome).

- Solid academic background with interest in Corporate Finance and Banking.

Desired Skills

- Understanding of Financial Statements and Ratio Analysis.

- Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Analytical and problem-solving ability.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings.

- Self-driven, disciplined, and eager to learn.
