IT Support Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Work Mode: On-site
Shift: Rotational Shift
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-level technical support to employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and applications.
- Manage user accounts, system access, and basic network connectivity.
- Monitor and resolve IT support tickets within defined timelines.
- Maintain IT assets, documentation, and troubleshooting records.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for technical issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT-related problems and minimize downtime.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT,



Computer Science, or a related field.
- Valuable knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and 6-day working schedule.
- Prior experience in IT support/helpdesk will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹9,498.66 - ₹40,300.27 per month
