Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Team Lead to manage a team, monitor performance, achieve targets, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and motivate team members to achieve assigned targets.
- Allocate tasks and monitor daily team performance.
- Guide team members and resolve work-related issues.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback.
- Track performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Coordinate with management and other departments.
- Ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
- Handle escalations and maintain a positive team environment.

Requirements:

- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Prior team-handling experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
