PNB MetLife is seeking a motivated and dynamic qualified to join our team as a Provisional Distribution Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a team, supporting recruitment and onboarding, providing training and guidance, and working closely with branch leadership to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibility :

1. Team Leadership & Management

Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team Manage and monitor the team on an ongoing basis to consistently achieve performance goals

2. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding of new team members. Maintain proper documentation and records for all new team members.

3. Training & Development Participate in and conduct training and development sessions for new recruits.



Support advisors through the Company's certification and skill-development pathway.

4. Strategy & Collaboration Work closely with team members and senior management to implement marketing and distribution Monitor Team Performance, provide Guidance and support, and motivate the team to achieve performance goals and business targets.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
