Solar Mantra is expanding its sales team and is looking for passionate and result-oriented Solar Sales Executives to join our team in Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Position: Solar Sales Executive / Lead Conversion Executive

Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur

Employment: Full-time | Work from Office

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up on company-generated leads
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable rooftop solar solutions. This may require site visits.
- Make outbound calls and communicate with prospective customers
- Qualify leads and convert them into site visits and sales opportunities
- Explain solar systems, savings, ROI, subsidy and other relevant benefits to customers
- Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and quotations
- Follow up with customers from enquiry → site visit → quotation → negotiation → closure
- Maintain accurate lead/customer information in CRM/Excel
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Build strong and long-term customer relationships
- Keep track of pending follow-ups and ensure that **no qualified lead is missed. **

What We're Looking For

- 1–4 years of experience in sales / inside sales / tele-sales / business development




- Experience in Solar / Renewable Energy / Electrical / Inverter / Real Estate / High-value product sales will be preferred
- Excellent Hindi communication skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing skills
- Confident and qualified telephone communication
- Customer-focused approach with excellent follow-up discipline
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM / WhatsApp Business
- Ability to work with targets and incentives
- Freshers with exceptional communication and a solid sales attitude may also be considered
