About Glow Aligners

Glow Aligners is looking for a friendly, confident, and professional Telecaller & Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable interacting with patients, handling calls, and managing front-desk activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls.
- Attend to patient enquiries and provide basic information about our services.
- Follow up with patients regarding consultations and appointments.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
- Welcome and assist patients at the reception.
- Maintain patient and appointment records.
- Coordinate appointments with dentists and clinic staff.
- Assist patients with basic queries regarding clear aligner treatments.
- Handle day-to-day reception and front-desk activities.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for patients.

Requirements

- 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, reception, customer service,



or a similar role.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant, confident, and professional personality.
- Computer knowledge.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with patients.
- Malayalam and English communication skills mandatory.
