Job Title: Legal Advocate

Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and responsible Legal Advocate to handle the company’s legal matters, documentation, notices, and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and represent the company in legal matters, cases, and proceedings.
- Draft legal notices, replies, agreements, applications, affidavits, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice to the management on company-related matters.
- Review contracts, agreements, tenders, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with courts, government departments, lawyers, and other legal authorities.
- Maintain proper records of cases, notices, legal documents, and proceedings.
- Monitor ongoing cases and ensure timely follow-up and compliance.
- Identify potential legal risks and advise management accordingly.
- Prepare and review replies to legal notices received by the company.
- Perform other legal duties assigned by the management.

Eligibility & Requirements:





- LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized university.
- Must be registered with the Bar Council.
- AIBE (All India Bar Examination) cleared and eligible to practice.
- Good knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures.
- Strong drafting and documentation skills.
- Ability to draft legal notices, replies, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Relevant experience in corporate, civil, contractual, or commercial matters will be preferred.
