Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Assistant to support our HR team with day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment, and documentation.
- Assist with recruitment and interview coordination.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and other channels.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain employee records, HR documents, and attendance data.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities for recent employees.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining databases.
- Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as required.
Requirement:
- Requirement: Immediate joiners are required.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
