Position: Sales Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs to enhance the skills, productivity, and overall performance of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new sales employees.
- Develop and deliver training programs on sales techniques, product knowledge, communication, negotiation, and customer handling.
- Identify training needs based on individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular refresher training and skill-development sessions.
- Train employees on lead generation, prospecting, objection handling, follow-ups, and closing techniques.
- Conduct role plays, mock calls, and practical sales exercises.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
- Work closely with the Sales and HR teams to identify performance gaps and recommend improvement plans.




- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, assessments, and training reports.
- Keep training content updated according to business requirements and market trends.
- Provide coaching and feedback to sales employees to improve their performance.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of sales and business development processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of B2B/B2C sales, lead conversion, and customer handling.
- Ability to conduct engaging and interactive training sessions.
- Solid coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work with sales teams and achieve training objectives.
