Job Summary

The US Voice Process Associate will handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers. The role includes customer communication, lead generation, call documentation, and meeting assigned performance standards.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers.
- Communicate with customers clearly over the phone.
- Generate leads according to the assigned process.
- Meet assigned call, quality, and performance targets.
- Record call details and customer information in the CRM.
- Follow approved scripts and process guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.

Requirements

- Valuable spoken English communication skills.




- Ability to communicate clearly with customers over the phone.
- Willingness to work during night hours.
- Ability to work from the office in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad.
- Freshers may apply.
- Previous BPO, customer service, telesales, or voice process experience is an advantage.

Working Hours

- Shift timing: 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Weekly offs: Saturday and Sunday

Salary

- ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
- Performance-based incentives of up to ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month.

This is an on-site position. Candidates should be able to commute to the office or relocate before joining.
