We're Hiring: Senior Digital Marketing Strategist

Location: Current Delhi

The Soft Launch Studio (SLS) is looking for a proactive and strategically driven Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team.

We're looking for someone who understands the larger digital marketing ecosystem, can independently manage brands and clients, lead a team, develop strong strategies, and contribute to new business growth.

What You'll Do

- End-to-end ownership of client accounts — strategy to execution
- Manage client relationships, meetings, presentations
- Lead and guide the social media/creative team
- Strong grip on Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, influencer marketing
- Analyse campaign performance and pull insights from reports
- Participate in new business pitches and BD
- Work closely with the Founder on agency growth

What We're Looking For

- 3–4 yrs digital marketing experience (agency background preferred)




- Experience handling multiple brands/accounts simultaneously
- Team management/mentoring experience
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, analytics
- Proactive, organized, ownership-driven mindset

Who Would Be a Great Fit?
Someone who doesn't just wait for a brief — you ask questions, identify opportunities, bring ideas to the table and take ownership.

You should be equally comfortable discussing a brand's content strategy with the creative team, presenting a digital plan to a client, analysing what's working and what isn't, and pitching an idea to a potential new client.
