Accadmix is a fast-growing EdTech company offering job-oriented certification programs. We are looking for an HR Recruiter with EdTech recruitment experience to build high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, Foundit, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Hire for Sales, Academic Counselling, Trainers, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Tech roles.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and release offer letters.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate pipelines.
- Achieve weekly/monthly hiring targets and support employer branding.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6+ months of EdTech recruitment experience is mandatory.




- Experience hiring for Sales/BDA roles preferred.
- Strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Work Details: 5.5 Days Working | Sunday Fixed Weekly Off | Saturday Half-Day | 10:15 AM–7:30 PM

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
