Mall Operations Executive/ Manager

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Mall Operations Executive to oversee and coordinate day-to-day mall operations during the evening and night shift. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of the mall, coordinating with staff and vendors, and addressing operational requirements and issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor day-to-day mall operations.

- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other operational teams.

- Ensure cleanliness, safety, discipline, and proper functioning of common areas.

- Monitor and address operational issues and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.

- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and service providers as required.

- Conduct regular floor inspections and maintain operational standards.





- Prepare daily operational reports and communicate important updates to management.

- Handle emergency or operational situations and escalate issues when required.

- Ensure smooth closing and handover of mall operations at the end of the shift.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience in mall operations, facility management, hospitality, retail operations, or a similar role.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Robust coordination and team-handling abilities.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and operational reporting.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

- Willingness to work during evening and night hours.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

Working Hours:

4:00 PM to 2:00 AM

Candidates should be comfortable working the specified evening/night shift.

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
