Job Description

We are looking for a Hospitality professional with hands-on experience in creating and managing travel/holiday packages and a good understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and curate domestic and international holiday packages based on destination, duration, budget, and customer requirements.
- Design complete itineraries including hotels, sightseeing, activities, transfers, meals, and other inclusions.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, activity vendors, and local partners to source rates and availability.
- Negotiate supplier rates and prepare competitive package pricing.
- Maintain and update hotel, destination, activity, and package information.
- Understand hotel categories, room types, meal plans, amenities, and hospitality operations.
- Create attractive and accurate package descriptions
- Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed packages.
- Handle changes, cancellations, amendments, and customer requirements.
- Research new destinations,



hotels, activities, and experiences to expand the package inventory.

Requirements:

- 1–3+ years of experience in holiday packages, tour operations, travel, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Previous hands-on experience creating holiday packages and itineraries is preferred.
- Good knowledge of hotels, destinations, sightseeing, transfers, and travel services.
- Experience working with hotel/supplier rates and package costing.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Valuable attention to detail and ability to work with travel/hospitality data.
- Experience with a travel agency, OTA, DMC, hotel group, or tour operator would be an advantage.

Preferred: Someone who can independently take a destination and build a complete, bookable holiday package from start to finish.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
