Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement regional business strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share across multiple stores.
- Identify new business opportunities, including potential current store locations and partnerships within the region.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Work closely with store managers to ensure consistent execution of company policies, sales strategies, and customer service standards.




- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the region.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on regional business development activities, challenges, and successes.

Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in business development, retail management, or a related role, preferably with multi-store oversight.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and developing store managers.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
