About the Role

Real Property Commercial Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing HR team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in Recruitment and Core HR. The selected candidate will get hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process and, based on performance and learning, will have an opportunity to grow into an HR Executive role.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organisation.
- Understand job requirements from the HR team and respective departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Shortlist candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.
- Coordinate offer communication and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Support onboarding and other HR activities as required.




- Gradually take ownership of additional HR Operations and employee-related activities based on performance.

What We’re Looking For

- Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, organised and proactive approach.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and job portals.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and follow up consistently.
