​Position Title: Sales Executive

​Job Purpose

​Feed Rani is seeking a driven, target-oriented Sales Executive to lead field sales operations and market expansion across the Aurangabad, Bihar region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong distribution networks, onboarding new dealers and farmers, and driving product demand for animal and poultry feed.

​Compensation & Benefits

​Fixed Basic Salary: ₹12,000/- per month

​Travel Allowance (TA): ₹3,000/- per month

​Total Monthly Remuneration: ₹15,000/- per month

​Incentives: Performance-linked sales incentives (based on target achievement)

​Key Responsibilities

​Business Development: Identify, pitch to, and onboard new dealers, distributors, and feed retailers across Aurangabad and neighboring territories.

​Field Visits & Direct Sales: Conduct daily market visits to poultry farms, cattle units, and retail outlets to generate product awareness and secure orders.

​Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.

​Client Relationship Management:



Maintain ongoing relationships with existing dealers and farmers to secure repeat business and ensure timely order fulfillment.

​Market Intelligence: Monitor local competitor pricing, stock availability, and market trends, reporting key findings to management.

​Daily Reporting: Maintain and submit accurate daily field-visit logs, collection details, and sales summary reports.

​Qualifications & Requirements

​Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

​Experience: 0.5 to 2 years of proven experience in Field Sales, FMCG, Agriculture, or Feed Industry (Motivated freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

​Mandatory Requirement: Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License.

​Key Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication, field pitch capability, and territory management.

​Locality: Candidates residing in or possessing strong local market knowledge of Aurangabad, Bihar will be preferred.
