Recruiter Intern – Work From Home

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Search and identify candidates based on job requirements.
- Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
- Explain job roles, responsibilities, eligibility, and interview processes.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily reports.
- Update candidate information and recruitment status regularly.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Work toward assigned recruitment and joining targets.
- Maintain daily performance and activity records.

Eligibility

- Candidates pursuing or having completed BBA, B.Com, MBA, or related courses can apply.




- Freshers with an interest in HR and Recruitment are welcome.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Willingness to learn recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace.
- Laptop/Desktop and reliable internet connection are mandatory.
