Summary:

UST is looking We are looking for an Analyst – Distribution Excellence & Commercial Performance Tracking to support distribution governance, performance tracking, compliance, and business analytics. The role will own and enhance the SDFDC tracking dashboard, monitor key KPIs, ensure data quality, and provide actionable insights to support commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and maintain the SDFDC tracking dashboard with accurate and timely data.
- Track distribution KPIs, revenue performance, compliance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management.
- Develop automated dashboards and reports to reduce manual reporting.
- Monitor distributor/partner compliance and policy adherence.
- Track onboarding and offboarding activities, approvals, and documentation.
- Manage approval workflows and coordinate with Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams.
- Analyze business performance by distributor, channel, geography, and customer segment.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality across reporting platforms.
- Convert complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Support distribution governance and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in commercial analytics, distribution operations, business performance tracking, or data analysis is preferred.
