Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online and offline teacher training sessions as part of the Adobe Program.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive learning sessions for teachers.
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day teacher training activities.
- Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of training sessions.
- Coordinate with schools, teachers, program teams, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain training-related documentation, attendance records, and session reports.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of training materials and resources.
- Ensure smooth execution of sessions as per program requirements and timelines.
- Collect participant feedback and support continuous improvement of training sessions.
- Coordinate with the internal team for all training-related requirements and follow-ups.
- Travel to schools or training locations as required for program implementation.

Required Qualifications

- B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a relevant academic discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in teaching, workshops, seminars, teacher training, or training facilitation.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.




- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Comfortable conducting both online and offline sessions.
- Valuable coordination, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools and online meeting platforms.
- Willingness to travel for training sessions and program activities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in teacher training or education-focused programs.
- Experience working with schools, teachers, or educational institutions.
- Ability to engage diverse groups of participants.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a learner-centric approach.
- Experience working in NGO, CSR, education, or social-impact programs will be an added advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is confident, organized, enthusiastic about education, and comfortable facilitating sessions for teachers. The candidate should be able to communicate concepts clearly and contribute effectively to the successful implementation of the Adobe Program.
